Mission
ISEJ's mission is to promote social justice, human rights, and equitable access to justice by empowering survivors of sexual violence and strengthening local organisations through legal expertise, research-based advocacy for sexual and reproductive health rights, and sustainable environmental practices.

Vision
ISEJ envisions a Zimbabwe where all individuals, regardless of their background, have equal access to justice and community-based organisations (CBOs) and grassroots movements are empowered.

What you can expect always
At ISEJ, we are an innovative, sustainability-focused research and training institution. We believe in the power of evidence-based research to effectively monitor the goals set by public institutions across various sectors. Our commitment includes training criminal justice institutions to effectively fulfil their mandates. ISEJ empowers survivors of sexual violence to navigate the criminal justice system and to be advocates of their own human rights. To achieve this, ISEJ collaborates with individual stakeholders, community-based organisations, criminal justice institutions, and the private sector.
