ISEJ's mission is to promote social justice, human rights, and equitable access to justice by empowering and strengthening local organisations and movements through legal expertise and research-based advocacy in sexual reproductive health rights and sustainable environmental practices.

ISEJ envisions a Zimbabwe where all individuals, regardless of their background, have equal access to justice and community-based organisations (CBOs) and grassroots movements are empowered.

We believe in the power of evidence-based research to effectively monitor the goals set by public institutions across various sectors. Our commitment includes training state institutions to fulfill their mandates effectively. Additionally, we aim to empower individuals to demand accountability and advocate for their human rights. To achieve this, ISEJ collaborates with individual stakeholders, community-based organizations, and the private sector.
